Westminster Pet Portrait Class, March 9, 2019, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. with 1 hour lunch at noon

SUPPLY LIST:

A photo or print out of your pet at atleast 8 x 11. It is best when learning this technique to have a photo at the size you want to draw the animal. Working from an image on your phone or computer is very difficult, or from a small 4 x 6 photo. I do not recommend this. If you are unable to print out your picture to a larger size it is worth while to go to a copy shop like Kinkos or UPS and have them enlarge and print it for you.

Drawing pencil HB or 2B

Pencil sharpener

Pink pearl eraser

One sheet of Bristol Board Paper, Smooth, 9 x 12 (Smooth is important, avoid buying vellum surface if possible.)

Prismacolor pencils: 
You can choose the colors that match the colors of your animal in the photograph. If you need help doing so please call, text, or email. 720.339.7197
Don't forget to also bring Prismacolor pencils black PC935 and White PC938 as well. The black and white pencils are necessary to any portrait.
